By using this website or purchasing any Digital Product, you agree to these terms. Gnostic Stratagem provides Digital Products, including downloads, Asynchronous Artefacts, and AI-enabled Cognitive Infrastructure Tools.

Digital Products are supplied for information and operational clarity. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You remain responsible for how you apply product outputs.

All content and product materials remain the intellectual property of Giles Cartwright trading as Gnostic Stratagem. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale is prohibited without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Gnostic Stratagem is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

We may collect identity, contact, transaction, technical, and support data needed to deliver Digital Products, maintain operations, and comply with UK legal and tax obligations.

Lawful bases include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where required. Any marketing communications are sent via our transactional email provider and include unsubscribe controls.

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store card details on our systems.

We serve customers internationally and apply lawful safeguards for any data transfer outside the United Kingdom. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection by emailing giles@gnosticstratagem.com.

You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We currently use only strictly necessary cookies required for core website function and security.

We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and implement consent controls where required.

Digital Products are supplied with immediate access after successful purchase.

By purchasing, you expressly request the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

We do not offer discretionary or change-of-mind refunds once access has started.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If digital content is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied as required by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable consumer law. Eligible refunds are processed via our third-party payment provider to the original payment method.

Some Digital Products are AI-enabled and may generate automated outputs.

We use a risk-tiered oversight model. Some low-risk outputs may be delivered without item-by-item pre-publication human review. Higher-risk outputs, including legal or contractual terms, remain under human oversight.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Outputs are provided as information and operational support, not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
