## Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Digital Products are supplied with immediate access after successful purchase.

By purchasing, you expressly request the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

We do not offer discretionary or change-of-mind refunds once access has started.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If digital content is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied as required by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable consumer law.

## AI Transparency Statement

Some Digital Products are AI-enabled and may generate automated outputs.

We use a risk-tiered oversight model. Some low-risk outputs may be delivered without item-by-item pre-publication human review. Higher-risk outputs, including legal or contractual terms, remain under human oversight.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Outputs are provided as information and operational support, not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
